Fortnite Chapter 3 has been quite a success for Epic Games. There have been a lot of new additions made to the game along with a few nostalgic reunions. Currently, Fortnite Chapter 3 has brought bows back in the game with the all-new Bownanza Week. Here’s everything you need to know.
Bows in Fortnite Chapter 3
In the previous chapter, i.e. Chapter 2, many weapons dominated the game meta. The bows were one of them. And after nearly a year, the game has brought Bow back to the weapon chain. Bows are very versatile weapons for many ranged battles and with quite the decent statistics on the chart.
There were four kinds of bow available in the game, The Primal Flame Bow, The Primal Stink Bow, The Mechanical Explosive Bow and the Mechanical Shockwave Bow. They are yet once gained, be found and used in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 1.
The Bownanza Week Quest Guide
The main reason for adding bows back to the game is the brand new event called the Bownanza Week. Players now have a few challenges as a part of this event that they need to complete with the help of Bows in Fortnite Chapter 3. This will give them a great XP reward before Season 1 finally ends.
The Bownanza Week will stay up until 1st March 2023 [08:59 AM ET]. The bows will also disappear once the event is over. So get on the fun now and complete some quests for XP in the game.
The quests in the Bownanza Week are listed below;
- Impulse any wildlife using a Mechanical Shockwave Bow in different matches [2]
- Hunt any wildlife using any of the four bows [3]
- Hit the IO Forces using a Primal Flame Bow [7]
- Damage enemies using a Primal Stink Bow [250]
- Eliminate enemies using a Mechanical Explosion Bow [3]
These are the five quests included in the Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 1 Bownanza Week. Each of these quests requires players to use a specific bow to complete. There are 4 different types of bows in the game and each one has a specific quest attached to them. Except the “Hunt any wildlife using any of the four bows [3]” quest that you can accomplish with any of the bows in the game.
Each of these quests will offer players with 8,000 XP reward, making the total XP pool from the Bownanza Week to be 40,000 XP.
