There are various types and kinds of weapons in the game and among them is the popular Iron Mace.
The Iron Mace in Valheim
As the name suggests, the Iron Mace is a club-type weapon made out of Iron and Wood. It is a blunt weapon that is meant to deal heavy damage on each swing. It is quite easy to make and is useful in the game further down the line.
Materials Required
- 20 Iron
- 3 Wood
- 3 Leather Scraps
How to Craft Iron Mace
First of all, players need to have a smelter to smelt the Iron scraps. The 20 smelted iron, along with the required amount of wood and leather scraps can then be crafted via a Level 2 Forge.
Statistics
The base weapon has a primary 3 hit attack combo, along with double damage on the third hit. Its secondary attack has a slower damage infliction of 2.5x and 2x on staggering.
The weapon features a total of four levels and stats varies from one another. The base one is the level 1 Iron Mace and you can attain higher levels by upgrading it.
Level 2 Iron Mace- You would require 10 iron to upgrade the base Iron Mace into a level 2, with the help of a Level 3 Forge. This will give you +6 Damage and +5 Parry, along with +50 Durability than the base one.
Level 3 Iron Mace- You would require 20 iron to upgrade the Level 2 Iron Mace into a level 3, with the help of a Level 4 Forge. This will give you +12 Damage and +10 Parry, along with +100 Durability than the base one.
Level 4 Iron Mace- You would require 30 iron to upgrade the level 3 Iron Mace into a level 4, with the help of a Level 5 Forge. This will give you +28 Damage and +15 Parry, along with +150 Durability than the base one.
